Aditya College of Physiotherapy successfully conducted the first webinar of the Physio Edu Series–2026 on 06 June 2026
The webinar, titled “Evidence-Based Practice: Bridging Research and Clinical Decision Making,” was delivered by Dr. Adam Rajthala (PT), Lecturer, STG College of Physiotherapy, Mangaluru. The session aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of evidence-based practice and its vital role in integrating research findings into effective clinical decision-making.
During the session, Dr. Adam provided valuable insights into the principles of evidence-based practice, the importance of critically appraising scientific literature, and strategies for applying research evidence in day-to-day clinical practice. The interactive presentation highlighted the need for clinicians to combine the best available evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to achieve optimal healthcare outcomes.
The webinar witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, interns, and faculty members. The session concluded with an engaging discussion and question-and-answer segment, allowing participants to clarify their doubts and deepen their understanding of the topic.
The programme was highly informative and well received by all attendees, marking a successful beginning to the Physio Edu Series–2026 and reaffirming Aditya College of Physiotherapy’s commitment to promoting academic excellence and lifelong learning among future healthcare professionals.
